Bottled. A brown beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes wood, vinegar, malt, and funk. The flavor is a bit sour with notes of wood, whiskey, funk, vinegar, snd malt, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle from Erlings, Aarhus. Hazy red brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 280419

500ml bottle. Pours gold. Biscuit, demerara sugar, balsamic vinegar, touch of smoke, lots of oak, cherry. Nice fizzy body. Good.
