Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
650ml bottle. Pours jet black with a huge brown head. Smoke, eel, lemon peel, toast, bitter roast, umami burnt notes. I quite like the aroma, which is all smoked eel with a little bitter lemon, but the fishiness in with all that roast flavour is a bit much for me. Unique, but not quite right.

Tastes exactly like it says on the label--smoked eel stout. Would go well with unagi nigiri
