From Lambic.info : "This bottling and its label is based off of Cantina Giardino's Drogone Wine and is the second time that the brewery and the winery have worked together on a blend. Prior to being blended with the lambic, the grapes went through a 3 month pellicular maceration in chestnut wood barrels. "

Bottle: Poured a purple/pink/ish color lambic with a small foamy head with limited retention and lacing.Aroma of tart notes with fresh juicy grapes and some light barnyard notes. Taste is also a good mix of tart notes with some juicy grape notes, some barn yard notes and a light sour finish with no noted acidity. Body is about average with good carbonation. A really enjoyable mix of lambic and grapes makes for a complex but highly drinkable beer.

Picked up a 750 ml bottle at Mejiro Tanakaya during my Japan trip in October/November 2023, thanks to thebrewsader for the heads up! Bottled December 22, 2022. Cork Date Season 22/23.

Poured into a tulip. Initial pour is clear reddish/amber with quick fading fizzy off-white head. Slightly hazy further into the bottle. Aroma has red wine, funk, light vinegar, dark fruit, oak. Taste includes red wine, dark fruits, berries, funk and vinegar. Light body. Great lambic.

LCI. SBS with the Giardino wine. The grapes are very sweet and fruity, the wine is a bit thin, so the funk here adds a lovely layer of complexity and depth. Thanks Kenneth

750ml (thx, Ronald R.!). After MBCC 2025 spontaneous session for beered out people.
Funky, grapes. Tannic, a lot of grapes, quite acidic and dry. Interesting, but I would prefer it to be less astringent and aggressive.

2022 bottle shared at the source. Erosen almas, kicsi koromlakklemoso is van sajnos, nemi cider-jellege van osszessegeben. A szolo visszafogott, alig savas, kisse funky. Csalodas osszessegeben, az egyik leggyengebb Canti amihez eddig szerencsem volt.
