75ml bottle @ TapTap, Tallinn. 2022 vintage. Poured light pinkish/red hue in color. Grapes, vinegary notes, light wood and fruity. Acidic, tart. Excellent.

Bottle by way of a money for beer trade. Clear dark dusky pink. Baby pink foam. Nose has pink peppercorn. Juicy red grape. Brussels funk. Colourful. Taste is juicy and fruity sweet. Tart and clean mouthfeel. Fine rolling carbonation. Super tart and juicy finish. Folk over think shit like this. It’s bob on.

0,15l from bottle shared at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Deep red color, small white head. Smells tannins, red wine, bit peppery, minerals. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of tannins, minerals, red wine, bit peppery. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of tannins, red wine and peppery notes. Good stuff,

Rerate 26.08.2022: 0,75l from bottle at Night Shop, Brussels. Drop red color, small white head. Smells grapes, funky, leathery, tannins, wood, peppery. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, peppery, grassy, tannins, spices. Finishes dry and medium sour with notes of pepper, grassy and tannin notes. Nice stuff, bit heavy on the tannins.

750ml. bottle shared @Himmeriget, Copenhagen (Denmark). 11/05/2022 [#4.838 Global - #157 Belgium - #15 Cantillon] 2020 vintage. Light purple colour with a white head, poor retention. Aroma: minimal berry, red grapes and wood. Taste: yeasty funk, berry sour and tart. Tart and balanced. Next one please!

MBCC. Bottle courtesy of a Polish friend. Hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, red grapes, wood and barnyard. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 140522

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Plenty of grapes, mellow acidity and some funk piercing the grape and oak notes. Good stuff!
