Prior to being blended with the lambic, the grapes went through a 3 month pellicular maceration in chestnut wood barrels. "

75cl bottle (bottled 24 January 2022, 7%) from the brewery. F: medium, off-white, quick gone. C: deep red, light hazy. A: a lot of fruity, mineral, redcurrants, woody, grapes, raspberries. Bottle at Cross Keys on Zwanze Day 2022. Clear purple, pink bubbles that settle quickly. Fruity aroma with moderate funk. Funk shows through the fruit in the taste, nice to see that. Tasty.

Bottle by way of a money for beer trade. Clear dark dusky pink. Baby pink foam. Nose has pink peppercorn. Juicy red grape. Brussels funk. Colourful. Taste is juicy and fruity sweet. Tart and clean mouthfeel. Fine rolling carbonation. Super tart and juicy finish. Folk over think shit like this. It’s bob on.
