Bottle, 20/21 vintage. Dark ruby pour with a white head. Vinous bouquet. Mild berry and vinous notes dominate. Muted barrel and barn yard in the background. Good body and mouthfeel.

Entered to celebrate my 20th K Rating. Thanks to MrOrla. Yeah. Pours hazy red with a White head. Layers of red fruit. And funk. Wood. Barnyard. Lovely. Dry finish.

Dolle 40 years and 20k bash. Hazy red with a lasting white head. Funky aroma with raspberry and red wine. Dry and really tart fruity and funky flavour. Complex and really tasty

Bottle at the brewery, Brussels. The aroma just wowed me at the beginning. So excited by its blend of red wine, lambic, and noted of pepper in gin/tonic. Deep pinot noir like red. The taste is fabulous and with a red wine and somewhat kriek like ending. Brilliant of course.

Vom Fass (Vintage 2020) im Muted Horn Berlin 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses gelbe, trübe Lambik was mit über 300kg Aglianico Black Grape Pomace gebraut wurde kommt mit einer deutlich Traubebsäure daher, die aber dann doch sehr gut balanciert ist. Lecker und wunderbar erfrischend!

Light, fruity, tart. Tart, slightly vinous, soft,finishes smooth with some dark berries. Very nice.

At Warsaw beer fest 2021 bottle. Amber pour with red highlights leading to purple, rose foam. Nose: wine cellar, red wine, strawberries bit vinegar. Mouth: red currant, peppermint, mint. Lovely.
