[2020 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy deep red with a white head. Musty grape skins and woody barrels on the nose. Flavour has juicy red wine grapes, musty, good tannins, gentle acidity. Great grape lambic.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Plenty of grapes, mellow acidity and some funk piercing the grape and oak notes. Good stuff!

750 ml bottle at Ammutsøn, bottled 23 April 2020. Red, slightly pink body, with almost no head. Beautiful aroma of sweet dark grapes, jammy red berries, citrus, moderate cheesy barnyard, some straw. Tastes similar, with some more apple. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate acidic, dry, wooden, vinous, with green apple skin, dark grapes, some citrus, some berries. Delicious! All about the dark grapes, which lead to pretty diverse, almost juicy fruit notes. Drinks so smooth and balanced, elegant like a red wine, with just enough funk and wood from the background. Beautiful! Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17
