375ml bottle. Pours red brown with a strong head. Cherry, currants, prunes, molasses, little spice. Rum cuts through a bit more strongly in the flavour than the nose. Quite a bit of alcohol heat from that. The rum does a lot to convince you this is a soured quad, with the dried fruit and spice notes. Pretty impressive, and I wasn’t expecting it.

Pours dark amber with a quickly fading head.Nose shows rum, coconut, golden syrup, brown sugar and some funk.Flavours include lemon rind, rum, funk, coconut and brown sugar.
