Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
On tap at Brothers Beer. Peppery, toffee, biscuit, lots of Belgian yeast character. A much cleaner and well balanced Belgian than the other attempts I’ve tried from Garage Project, though still not all that exciting.
