On tap at Bitter Phew. Pours deep translucent red. Aroma is a little tart white balsamic and then cherry and caramel. Flavour has all those notes, with cherry, raspberry and strawberry holding up a nice fruity background throughout. A little smokey bourbon comes in to start, a little oaky sherry in the middle and then a long slightly tart finish. Beautiful.
