Thnx to Gio ! Pours unclear blonde, small to no white head. Smell is intense , peach style fruityness. fairly complex, and very refined. Taste is tart, funky, rather intense oakyy, tart, malty and fruity. Very nice !

Bottle shared with the KL tasting crew. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is buttery yeast, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate sour with a crisp, yeasty, tart citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Very nicely balanced. Tart sour but not overly so. Easily drinkable.

Bottle from Kyle. Hazy, golden. Saison like aroma, grassy, yeasty. Taste is lemony, citrus, tangy. Bright, delicious.

750ml bottle. Slightly milky, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, collapsing, white head. Intense, rich and complex, woody, sweet-ish fruity and spicy, mildly bretty, slightly vinous, minimally floral aroma, notes of raspberry, hints of lavender, oak, bath salt, strawberry, a touch of mustard seed and sauerkraut, nutmeg; there's much more around and between, possibly explicable in Jahai but hardly in English. [There must exist a close relatedness between these house lactobacillus cultures and wood chips-colonised strains used to give aroma to fruit yoghurt.] Taste is tart, tangy, fruity, minimally soapy, acidic, lactic, dry woody, floral, notes of raspberry and lavender, some sauerkraut, sherbet, hints of sage, mustard seed, vinegar, grassy, minimally earthy hoppy overtones with a touch of moss; prickling carbonation, lingering tart finish. Very complex, lacks some balance and harmony though. I can see the expenditure, but there's more to beer than sheer complexity. Nevertheless this is quite something...

750ml bottle pours a clear gold with some creamy, white head. Nose of butter, green grapes, straw, grass, a little papaya. Flavor is lemon, a little white plum, gree grape, butter here too. Finishes dry and tart.

750 ml bottle shared. Hazy yellow with off-white head. Aromas of tart lemon lime. Tastes of lemon lime, tart notes, stone fruit, funk. Light body with a dry finish.

750ml bottle pours out hazy golden topped with a small head. Nose is nice oak barrel some funky lemon citrus zest and spice. Taste is more of the nice oak barrel notes and plenty sour funk.
