Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: muddy amber color with a two finger white fluffy and foamy head which took it's time to dissipate and once it did messy lace was all over the place
Aroma: apricots & peaches, herbal to earthy and woody scents; funky and semi-vinous, sweet grass and dried plums, light floral tones
Flavor: copies the aromas to a nice and semi-tart to funky mixture while allowing some sour tones to enter for an even finer blend; no aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, she's a sipper!, some tart punches cling to my tongue; finishes woody, semi-sour with a tart sweetness
Overall: very nicely done sour ale I would love to have again.

Backlog. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is funk, some apricots, tartish wooden tones too with some mild herbal tones. Flavour is dried fruits, some tart dry wooden tones with mild herbal tones as well as some slight earthy tones. Smooth and nicely dry palate.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Big tart & sour puckering flavour complimented by an aroma of grain, fruit, bretty funk, and notes of grapes. Medium body. Pretty complex, wow, really quite good.

Cloudy copper with a small beige head. Very sour plums and caramel. As the nose, soured sweet caramel and some plus. Tasty, but not really interesting.

375ml bottle. Heavy, intensely sour and vinous with some honey, oak, wood, grapes and earthiness. Dry and funky, quite balanced.
