Backlog. Golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is funk, some apricots, tartish wooden tones too with some mild herbal tones. Flavour is dried fruits, some tart dry wooden tones with mild herbal tones as well as some slight earthy tones. Smooth and nicely dry palate.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Big tart & sour puckering flavour complimented by an aroma of grain, fruit, bretty funk, and notes of grapes. Medium body. Pretty complex, wow, really quite good.

Poured from 750mL bottle (batch 12/4/2020) @ ABC bottle share. Clear pink-ish orange with small white head. Tart buttery lacto, feint pear, average.

Cloudy copper with a small beige head. Very sour plums and caramel. As the nose, soured sweet caramel and some plus. Tasty, but not really interesting.

375ml bottle. Heavy, intensely sour and vinous with some honey, oak, wood, grapes and earthiness. Dry and funky, quite balanced.
