12.7 oz corked and caged. Aroma is floral, piney, oaky, lacto, vanilla, wine, awesomness. Pours hazy burnt orange with a one finger bone-white head with good retention. Taste is highly sour (8.5/10) and acidic with flavors like the aroma descriptors. Perfect mouthfeel and carbonation. I love this.

Taster while meeting Rob and Eric. Appearance: pale copper with a white head. Aroma: nice funk, some barrel, fruitiness. Taste: along the same lines, moderately sour. Overall: nice one.

On tap. Pours a mahogany color with moderate head. Aromas of grapes, green berries, and bready malts. Flavors follow same with emphasis on tart fruit, plus soft oak. Not really getting the hops. A malty sour. Nice.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh tangy, citrus hops, some wild yeast, oak, and wine barrels. Flavour is tangy and citrusy, with wild yeast, oak barrels, tangy citrus, and wood. Tangy, citrusy, woody finish. Nicely done.

Amber, bright, with a just a little bit of head. There's a fair bit of tartness, lots of wood. Lots of lactic, with a bit of raspberry notes, stone fruit...actually a fair bit of fruity complexity. Touch of barrel for the finish, too.
