330ml can. Minimally cloudy, orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, fading, white head. Citrusy and slightly tropical fruity, as well as tart-ish, lactic aroma, notes of sauerkraut, yuzu, kumquat, lime. Taste is sour, citrusy fruity, slightly dry, lactic, notes of lime, hints of kumquat, yuzu. Watery texture, dry, minimally astringent palate, partially minimally prickly, overall rather flat carbonation.

Pours gold with a large head.Nose shows lemon, elderflower and soft citrus.Flavours include musk sticks, strawberries and a delicate acidity.

On tap at Vultures Lane. Aroma is all bread and sour. Taste is sour and a little perfumed, though I’m not sure the fruit comes through.
