Munchy is a highly evolved koala whose only nemesis in life is the headaches caused by mosquitoes' buzzes. When he met Poshy, the mythical ever-hungry tree whose burps are toxic to mosquitoes, he made a plan to keep her by his side forever. Hundreds of sleepless nights later, Munchy finally built the magical oven that produces Poshy's favorite food whenever she thinks of it, capturing her stomach and heart for good. To celebrate their union, the pair brewed this punchy bride-ale, a marriage between fruits and hops in a balanced, easy-drinking pale ale.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt (Maris Otter, Vienna), wheat malt, grapefruit, mango, pineapple, cranberry, orange, hops (Chinook, Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic), Ale yeast.

Can from Brewcraft at home. Hazy peachy yellow pour with fine white head. Aroma is sour citrus, peach, some tropical fruit too. Taste is sour and fruity - light with a fine bubbly palate. Nice easy drinking. More sour than expected for a pale ale. Fruitiness is more sour than sweet. Would get again for daytime beer

On tap at Kowloon Taproom. Pours hazy orange red. Guava, cranberry, grapefruit juice, syrupy. Hefty bitterness and quite an astringency too. Interesting but a bit unbalanced.
