Bottle. Brown color. Pours difficult, huge head! Chicken food and caramel in the aroma. Malt, roast, caramel and cardemom in the flavor.

Sampled at THT. Hazy amber with huuuuge off white head. Creamy toffee, caramel, sherry, toast, butterscotch, bitter caramel. Over medium sweet and medium bodied. Medium bodied with solid carbonation.

Geprobeerd met Roelzie1986 op Schenk Speciaalbier festival in Aarle Rixtel. Het is een troebel roodbruin bier met een volle schuimkraag. Het heeft een wat fruitige geur. De smaak is moutig, dropachtig en wat gedroogd fruit.

Bottle @ Van Moll Brewpub. Dark brown to red-brown color, small off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, brown malts, dark candy sugar, caramel in the distance, a touch malty sweet-bitter halfway through the flavor, finishes raisins / light caramel and light chocolate sweet-bitter. Quite ok. Well done, exceeded expectations.
