Can @Bir&Fud Bottega (Rome). Nera, densa, schiuma avorio/beige media. Al naso note di cioccolata, caffè, liquirizia, vaniglia. In bocca è abbastanza equilibrata, attacco dolce con finale amaro medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

Keg at HL3, 21/12/18. Black pour with a well presented tan cap. Nose is chocolate, light charr, toffee, dried fruits. Taste comprises light black peppery spice, toffee crisp, cocoa powder, fruit loaf, light ashen tones, raisins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent well balanced porter.

Keg at HL3. A jet black coloured pour with a a mid tan head. Aroma is sweet woody praline, earthy, dark chocolate. Flavour is composed of oily, woody roast, dark choc. Hazelnut, woody, oily nuts. Palate is medium bodied, moderate carbonation, oily.
