From can at Jan's place. Clear dark amber copper color with off white head. Malty aroma, tart fruity - berries, rye, honey floral. Sweet and acidic taste. Light almost oily body with soft carbonation.

Can 440ml. @ home on the terrace.[ As Buxton Ryescrack ].Clear medium amber red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, rye, berries, tart, raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, tart, berries, dry, raspberry, rye, rye bread. Draft at Murphy’s Law, Den Haag. Clear amber red with a thick off white head. Aroma of tart fresh raspberry and light wheat. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Can on the Norfolk Dumpling, picked from an online peddler, 27/01/24. Cherry red with a fast escaping crimson cap. Nose is raspberry pips, herb, grains, hedgerow, straw. Taste comprises raspberry sherbets, straw, hedgerow, damp hay, berry pips, lactic tang. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced puckering edge. Tidy enough refresher.
