Denn was hier in Nase, Zunge, Gaumen kommt ist mächtig. Mal leise, mal laut, mal sanft, mal hart. Aber immer mächtig. So wie El Patrón eben.

Hazy apple juice looks. Aroma is grapefruit passion fruit, grapes, hints of flowers, some oatmeal and other bready things. Taste is fresh fruity sourness with much hoppy oily bitterness and sweet bready and fruity flavours. Well balanced. The only thing I dislike is the finish sadly. Leaves an oily bitter layer on your tongue that also clogs your throat a bit and there is something uncanny alcoholic and murky to this. Maybe a bit burnt? Maybe a bit too resin-y? Apart from that very drinkable, almost no carbonation present, very smooth and soothing on the tongue. Not alcoholic nor too heavy. Almost finished the bottle before finishing this review. Feels bad to leave the worst review (up to now) but I really cannot wrap my head around the finish. Rerate: got around the finish. I am convinced its a masterpiece. Old was 3.7

Tap. Hazy orange color with eggshell head. Aroma is passion fruit, wheat, spicy yeasts. Taste is passion fruit, wheat, spicy yeasts, super-silky mouthfeel. A bit warming finish, incredibly well hidden alcohol. Medium carbonation. Bierol is really hitting hazy IPAs off right now.

Draught at Wiener Bierfest.
Orange, cloudy body, with a big, creamy, lacing, light yellow head.
Aroma with lots of fresh grapefruit flesh, orange juice, apricot, dank freshly cut grass, some passion fruit, some biscuit.
Tastes pretty similar, crisp and balanced.
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes quite bitter, crisp, very fruity, juicy, dank, with grapefruit, grass, some pine.
Very tasty! Ssurprisingly fresh and crisp for the strength, greatly balanced. Lovely grapefruit and juicy notes throughout, with some dankness and just enough malt body. Another very lovely IPA by Bierol.
