A traditional saison with fruit and wild yeast fermentation. This beer is primary fermented with a classic strain of saison yeast transferred to oak barrels for a secondary fermentation with two Paradox house propriety wild yeast strains then we added raspberries. Expect traditional saison character: dry, highly carbonated and esters with tart, fruit notes and wild yeast.

Bottleshare: pours dark copper with a beige head. Aroma is lightly spicy, yeasty. Taste is slightly sweet, yeasty, some complexity, tasty.
