A Sabro & Motueka Saison brewed with a grist of French Pilsner malt, American 2 row barley, flaked wheat and oats. Fermented in a new American oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast and house microflora. Hopped AND dry hopped with a heavy dose of limey New Zealand Motueka and the singular and tropical Sabro from the Northwest. Notes of lime ice pop, fizzy OJ, freshly baked biscuits and pina colada slushee.

Can, courtesy of mansquito. Pours pale yellow. Lime, pineapple, mango, pepper, funk, lemon juice, delicate floral notes, pina colada finish. Medium body. Excellent.

Can from my brother: pours somewhat hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is hay, lime, bread, additional citrus. Taste is somewhat sweet, loads of citrus, especially lime, nice hoppy character generally. This beer stays very true to its saison roots without letting the dry-hopping take over. This was not super fresh but was still excellent.
