On tap at the meadery. Pours pale yellow. Floral, sweet, white grape, lemon. Medium body. Good.

Sample at the tasting room. Clear yellow color with a minimal head and patches of legs on the glass. Aroma of honey and fruit. Full-bodied with flavors of floral honey and mildly spiced citrus. The finish is floral and fruity with a short citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

LSAT Freedom Trip #57. Bottled sample at the meadery. Very pale golden, weak legs. Aroma of strong honey, vanilla, mild tannins. The taste is tart citrus, vanilla, honey and some toastiness. Medium bodied.
