Farmhouse Sour IPA aged briefly in wine barrels and blended into stainless tanks. Dry hopped post barrel with Citra then cold-conditioned on top of Black Currant, Red Currant, Plum and Madagascar Vanilla beans. KEEP COLD AT ALL TIMES AND DO NOT CELLAR. Contains fresh (never fermented) fruit.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky indigo pour, ring of pink foam. Deep fruity aroma, currants, plums. Taste is sweet, currants, a touch of tartness. Really thick creamy body. They're calling this a sour farmhouse IPA, but it could pass as a smoothie sour for sure. So damn tasty!

Pours a deep, reddish-purple, with minimal head. Aroma is currant and vanilla, some lactic acid. Flavor is currant and vanilla. Largely sweet, with just a light touch of tartness. Really tasty and really good.

Can, courtesy of a FB trade. Pours deep red purple with a frothy bright pink head. Red currant, tart black currant, vanilla, bit of a farmhouse funk, plum, mellow black currant liqueur, sweet and sharp. Good pulpy body. This is outstanding.
