Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: light copper to orangey color with a light transparency closer to the sides and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some subtle lace
Aroma: orange-zest to grapefruity and subtle lemon hoppy toned then some cracker-like malts
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a slight bitter to bittersweet taste; finishes orangey to grapefruity and lemony with a slight malty note
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness, some bitterness assertiveness
Overall: nice enough APA with Centennial hops. I think I could come back to.

Can (5/20/20) from The Beer Store, Nashua. Appearance is hazy light brown-dark yellow with tons of bubble on the sides of the glass and sparkle (reminiscent of ginger ale) with 2-finger foamy white head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is lemony citrus and floral; pilsner malts as it warms. Taste follows aroma with lemony citrus but strong pilsner malts and minerals carry the day. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste with dry lingering piney bitterness. Overall, crisp and refreshing and good strength to aroma and flavor. I find Centennial boring, am not huge on pilsner malts nor the late bitterness so this one didn't sing for me, not that I was expecting it to. But, well made.
