It’s our flagship for a reason: Light on the palate but hazy with ripe tangerine notes and a touch of pine. One sip encourages another!

Pint can pours with a hazy near opaque dull glowing gold colored body with thin coppers hues and supporting a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up orange sherbet, orange marmalade and then some inviting mango. The taste delivers smooth orange marmalade blended into tangy juicy mango. Toward midway it quickly picks up an orange sherbet character creating another tasty layer. I expected this to grow too sweet but the tangy citrus and hop bitterness kept that from happening. Nice haysy.

Panda thanks to Wingman. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth pale malts, a light and slightly ripe creamy sweetness. The old war horse Citra delivers a decent orange - tangerine - mandarin and cooling pine. Mild citrus peel. Light finish leaves a very light hop spice linger. Decent brew. I do miss Pink Grapefruit from Citra though, very rare quality these days.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 06/08/24. Hazed orange topped with a white cap that clears to the edge. Nose is orange zest, grass, light floral notes, melon, mixed tropical fruits. Taste comprises grapefruit, papaya, melon, mandarin, soft malts, pineapple. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spliced with balanced juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking IPA.

Pours murky mango into a willi. Bright white micro head with excellent retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Medium bodied with mango and white pez upfront turning lemonheads before the medium-length tangerine peel finish.
