The ultimate session-able IPA. Brewed with a blend of Northwest hops with Citra and Mosaic at the forefront. Body of premium organic malts from US & Germany. Subtle yet complex malt profile.

Can from Homesense, Manchester. Golden with a small head. Has a fine pale ale texture and taste, but it's clearly low alcohol so isn't quite packing a punch.

Canned 9/3/21, drunk 12/26/21. Clear brass with a hint of chill haze. Medium-sized white head fades steadily to a messy ring. Tangerine, peach and mild pine with strong fruity yeast and a touch of sourdough like maltiness. Black pepper and dried herb. Soft, lightly to moderately bitter. Black pepper, unripe peach and hints of orange and lemon juice and rind. Very dry, and to that effect, maybe a bit too dry and lighter bodied than I'd prefer. But the flavors are good for an old school IPA without too much pine or overly dry/acidic citrus. For your flagship beer, and an NA in particular, however, this is fantastic, and Athletic has well-earned its popularity.

Surprised by this, enjoyed while going through a period where I’m trying to give up alcohol but still enjoy beer. I can’t say its “just like the real thing” but its pretty damn close. Tastes like a run of the mill IPA, nothing exemplary about it, but if you want an IPA but can’t have alcohol this is a great option. Hopefully more brewers attempt to make N/A versions of their flagship brews.

Drank this right from the can, why waste a glass? They say its hazy, I'll accept that. I got it from a Weiss in Biden Country Scranton, pretty flakey place like the Brandon. Nose is slightly rotten skunk cabbage. Yes, first taste is that of skunk cabbage session IPA, whew. Why even make stuff like this? A rude ass bitter straight up session IPA that is supposed to quench yer hankerin for an IPA with out any alky? Go figger. I aint drinken an IPA for flavor, I drink it to catch a buzz and this does not do it: There, you have it, a big fat bitter unusual tick worth nothing but a BS zero as a tick.
