Murky - muddy matt medium red - purple colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is blueberry, cream, vanilla, light cinnamon and maple. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, blueberry, juicy blueberry - blueberry puree - blueberry jam, cream, frozen blueberry, maple, cinnamon. On tap at Pastrytown. Pours purple. Blueberry, intense blueberry yoghurt, cinnamon, cinnamon roll, so fruity but a nice sharp funk too. Thick. Excellent.
