Our Lagered Farmhouse Beer takes inspiration from the pre-prohibition era American lagers that often utilized corn. We brewed our beer with Texas grown "Jimmy Red" heirloom corn from Tex-Malt, uniquely fermented it with our house mixed-culture, and then lagered it for six weeks. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and 100% bottle-conditioned.

750 ml. Aroma is brett, SweeTarts, lemon peel. Pours hazy golden with a two finger bone white head with excellent retention. Taste is lightly sweet, moderately tart (6/10), light to moderately bitter, dry. Tastes like a bretted saison. Good.
