This Tropical fruit forward Black IPA has been Fermented Warm >30 C to maximise the tropical fruit esters derived from this style of yeast. The Tropical character is then enhanced by a heavy Citra and Mosiac dry hop dose 15g/L. With the addition of a small amount of Carafa malt to the sparge in order produce it's dark colour and lend the lightest of roast flavour.

Monday 2nd Nov 2020: Monthly Beer Share at Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Four hardy souls and plenty of variety, some good snacks too! A gift from AshtonMcCobb's, cheers friend. 440ml can given to minutemat, who shared it with us. Misty brown body, off-white topping. Strange malty brew really, lots going on, but in different directions!

Can from Appellation Wines - cheers Ash! Pour hazy brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of light roast, marmalade, light tropical fruit. Taste is more of the same. Could be darker for the style, but nice.
