Cutting Tiles is an exploratory series of Double IPAs featuring a range of aromatic single hop varietals brewed with raw local wildflower honey. This new version is dosed with 100% Citra in all kettle, whirlpool and a massive dry hop addition. The honey keeps the body light and drinkable but provides a earthy backbone.

Floral and zesty up front backed up with a nuanced citrus character on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish.

Sweet, citrusy and piney with some tropical fruits, grassy notes, hints of honey and bitterness. Doesn't feel super fresh.

Can at home 5 August 2023. The beer is hazy yellow and orange in the glass. Aroma is earthy, tropical fruits and citrus pith. Taste is dank earthy tropical fruits some booze very decent

Pint can from St Albans beer shop, St Albans, Herts. A hazy golden/orange coloured pour with a medium off white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, orange, mango, peach, tropical fruit taste and aroma. A decent dank DIPA from Trillium.

Tap @ Trillium Garden on the greenway. Nice head with good duration. Color is hazy golden. Aroma and taste are rich tropical hops, lots of fruits, bitter hops, flowers and has a lovely bitter finish.

Pours a nice hazy gold from a can, big citrus aroma and flavor as you can imagine. Somewhat sweet. Pretty good beer.
