Another evolution of a previous release – a sleeper hit of festivals was the Bramble Sour, delicately paired with cacao nibs. They teamed up with Clifton Coffee Roasters to get some lovely single origin beans from their very own farm in Brazil! The beans were roasted three days before going into the beer. This beer is a caffeinated match made in heaven.

375ml bottle @ Syrian Supper tasting, Chez Sophie, Sep 20. Thanks Mike for this. Pours misty pink, off-white head. Aroma was as feared with earthy coffee dregs taking prominence. Continues to taste with broadbeans, soil, coffee grain and sour blackberries valiantly trying to rescue things, to no avail. Can't foresee this being part of Vault City's core range.
