33cl bottle from Viking XPRS. Pours slightly hazy deep golden to amber with a huge off-white head. Not a gusher, but high carbonation, close to fizzy mouthfeel. Need to be careful when pouring otherwise a gigantic head is trying to escape the glass. Ripe fruits and malt with mild herbal and grassy notes and hints of pine and yeast. Moderate to medium sweet with fruity flavours dominating, something in the area of ripe apricots - with a fairly pleasantly bitter finish. 33 cl bottle @ MyLab. Rated on 23.01.2020 Aroma has sweet biscuity malt. Flavour has hops, peaches and sweet fruity tones. A dry-ish finish with grassy hops. Not your typical EPA, American hops are present.
