Bière brune au bouquet raffiné de saveurs hivernales.
Cette bière à la robe sombre émerveillera vos papilles grâce aux pommes infusées et épices. Elle fait la part belle aux épices évocatrices de la période des fêtes de fin d’année.

Dark brown color, clear; small head. The aroma, although mild, immediately reveals gingerbread spices (pain d’épices). Moderate caramel flavor, ordinary body, light residual sweetness, evident Christmas spices; correct bitterness, with some extra star anise in the final.
Not my type of beer, but indeed correctly brewed.

Thanks Vincent R!
Appearance: Dark redish brown. Hazy. Some tan head, creamy. Aroma: Interesting. Dark malt. Aniseed, maybe some dark fruit. Liquorice? Taste: Malt and herbs. More aniseed. Odd. Info: 330ml bottle, 13/1-2011
