On tap at Bighorn Bistro Chamonix. Clear amber coloured, medium sized beige head, light herbal and rye nose. Sweet malty, herbal, rye and touch of caramel with grainy notes in the finish.

Clear amber colour, moderate sized creamy beige-ish ecru head; aroma of rye bready, pine resiny, maybe some raisins and grapefruity notes; taste of hoppy and roasted bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one

Bottle at THT March. Hazy amber with fluffy head. Light soapy, rye, dusty, citrus hops, spruce. Medium sweet, solid bitter. Over medium body.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into an English pint glass. Hazy deep amber colour, good frothy off-white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma rye malts, caramel, dark bread, apricot, pine resin, hay. Smooth taste, medium sweet nd bitter, malty, rye bread, toffee, lemon peel, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, bready and grainy notes, bit cardboard, well-made, tasty, good.

330ml bottle. Clear, redd-ish, dark copper colour with average to huge, thick, firm, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, off-white head. Citrusy, piney hoppy and slightly spicy, rye malty as well as caramel malty aroma, notes of lemon and lime, lime peel. Taste is slightly spicy, rye malty and minimally waxy, citrusy hoppy, hints of lime, lemon, lime peel. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, foamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, well balanced - tasty.
