Clear deep golden with a big frothy white head. Good lacing. Looks good. Ok aroma with yeast, fruity and some spices. Ok body. Quite easy to drink. Fine balance between sweetness and bitterness. Complex saison. Fruity, acidic, yeast, some spices and malty. Not very typical. It is easy to drink, but if you want to explore all the flavors, you can use it as a sipper.

On tap at Øltorget, Mathallen. Clear deep golden with a lasting, white head. Moderate yeasty, spicy and slightly fruity aroma. Moderate sweet and surprisingly mild in flavour. Some sour notrs and a light acidic finish. Fair enough and easy to drink.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly yeasty, flowers, yeast, banana, hay, dried fruits, weeds, spices, light malts. Taste is slightly harsh yeasty, flowers, yeast, weeds, grass, citrus peel, spices, minerals, hay, light malts. Medium bitterness, harsh mouthfeel. Not my cup of tea...

On keg at Café Sara. Clear golden brown body topped by a filmy layer. Fair lacework. Mid-dry aromas of citrus with hints of brown malts. Malt-fruity flavours, hints of caramel and semi-dry citrus. A little yeasty fruitiness to the ending. Medium bodied. Worked well with our pizza (Oslo 19.07.2014).
