En fût au DDC Saint-Jérôme. Couleur noire opaque, mousse moka foncée fuyante. Arôme de framboise, malt torréfié, café. Goût de framboise, malt torréfié, chocolat noir, champignon? Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen-dense.
