Big fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sour-ish yeasty, weeds, wet hay, yeast, sour grass, minerals, flowers, ashes, paper, barn, bark, metal tank. Taste is sour-ish mineraly, weeds, metal tank, flowers, ashes, wet hay, yeast, sour grass, paper, barn, minerals, bark. Medium bitterness, sour-ish metallic mouthfeel. Crap!

50cl bottle from Cunningham - thanks! Looks slightly suspicious after opening as the head in the bottle i slowly rising. A very slow gusher, then. Pours slightly hazy pale golden with a fast dissipating head. Earthy and slightly funky aromas is dominating, guess this is infected. There are vague notes of wheat and fruits too, but dominating are the barnyard aromas. Moderate to medium acidic with slightly unpleasant barnyard and funky flavours. Not very pleasant, and obviously not quite as intended, but still almost drinkable.

Bottle at home. Has a hazy matt yellow-orange colour with small off-white head. Gusher. Strange aroma of smoke, heather and spices. Not pleasant flavour of smoke, lemon and pale malt. Slightly sour. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Obviously heavy infected with lots of smoke through it all.

Hazy pale yellow color with a fine white head. Ok lacing down the sides of the glass. Decent intensity in the aroma. Medium body and an average carbonation. A bit sour actually. Hmmm as a sour wil ale it would have been ok. But it is surely not intended. Wheat, yeast and something that can be some spices.
