Dawson’s Kviek is a Norwegian Pale Ale brewed with kveik yeast, dry hopped with Chinook, Nelson Sauvin, and Citra, and fermented warm to bring out the yeast’s unique ester profile of citrus, mango, and pineapple.
Malt: Low Colour Marris Otter, Rye, Oats
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Chinook, Citra

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lemon and brioche. Flavour of bitter lemon and biscuit. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. An interesting, slightly tart beer.
