Deep copper in colour, the dunkel has a rich, smooth malty flavour. Hops and malt have been roasted to perfection before carefully brewed to create a novel dunkel that is not too heavy.

Draft at Brewmaster, Sri Petaling. Poured a murky dark brown colour with a short-lived, broken off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt and toffee. The flavour is moderate to light sweet, with a smooth, light, toffee, grainy, earthy, red berry fruit, light floral, aromatic palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Tasty, but somewhat light.

50cl on tap at Overtime Pavilion, KL. Pours hazy copper with an off-white head. Malty aroma with hints of spices, quite refreshing, but not exciting. Well balanced. Not so sweet and with some bitterness. Quite easy to drink, a bit light, but fresh and quite pleasant. Some bitterness in the finish. (2012-05-04)
