Madame Porter a Vadnyugat egyik legvágyottabb kéjhölgye volt. Lábainál rajongók hada hevert. A róla elnevezett barna portert úgy főztük, hogy képtelenség legyen neki ellenállni. Ízében a felhasznált barna malátának köszönhetően egyértelműen a tejeskávés, cappucinós jegyek dominálnak.

Bottle, 330 ml, from Kézműves Csemege. Shared with JFK10000 and Josip. Pours dark brown with average and diminishing off-white head. Fair lacing. Roasted malty, coffee, cocoa. Average carbonation, light to moderate bitterness. Light to medium bodied.

Megosztó egy sör, megosztja a két agyféltekét, egyik szerint túl szúros, szájpadláspattogtatás, a másik szerint meg finom és simulékony. De én a megosztó söröket kedvelem.

Bottled 500ml. -Muddy brown porter, medium sized beige head, chicory nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, chicory, notes of nuts and coffee with ashy like dry finish. Maybe a bit too strong on the ash side but overall ok porter.

Bottle @ Legfelsőbb Beeróság, Budapest. Hazy dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, heavy nutty and heavy chocolate. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 110716

Bottle @ Legfelsőbb Beeróság, Budapest. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, caramel, chocolate and hops. A little too carbonated.

Gyönyörű, nagy, kávébarna tömör habja van. Koromfekete. Nagyon ínycsiklandó, pörkölt, feketekávés illatú, némi komlós, fűszeres beütéssel. Kissé égetten keserű, semmi édesség, icipicit savanykás. Pici komlós fűszeresség. Utóíze pörkölt jegyeket mutat, és sokáig kitart. Testes sör.

Draught. Frothy White good mostly lasting head. Brown colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter nice roasted flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Hotel Three Corners, Budapest. Pours dark brown with a creamy light tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, toast, dark chocolate, little nuts. Flavor is light roasted, coffee, light expresso, cocoa, nuts. Thin to medium body, lively carbnonation, dry finish. 310315
