0,75 l bottle purchased at their booth at Fisch & Feines 2024, Bremen. BB 03/2026. Mid golden in the glass, slightly cloudy, stable one finger white foamy head. Pale malty aroma with sweet tangerine and citrus. Taste starts also on the fruity side, increasing pale malty, present yeast, little bit dry. Mid carbonation, soft bitterness. Nice one.

Tap @ Rootz. Brown color, Hint of caramel in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor, floral, yeasty and dried fruit. OK.

Tap at Rootz festival. Hazy amber with beige head. Banana, cloves, light spices, caramel, bready, light herbal. Medium sweet and quite bitter. Medium bodied with a bit dry feel.

Tap at Rootz Winterbier. Unclear dark brown with white head. Sweet malts, dates, figs, caramel, old leaves. Moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation.
