Fresh HOP 12% made from fresh Saaz hop!!! This is upright 12degree bottom fermented beer brewed by two steps decoction mashing and with freshly picked hop cones of Saaz hop variety. For intensive aroma we made even dry hopping.
Fresh HOP 12% z čerstvého žatečáku!!! To je poctivá spodně kvašená dvanáctka vařená na 2 rmuty, chmelená čerstvě sesbíraným Žateckým poloraným červeňákem. Pro bohatší aroma jsme přidávali chmel i za studena.

Tap at Salon Piva.Golden color with medium white head. Aroma of malt, light hops, diacetyl. Taste starts malty followed by light hoppy bitterness. Diacetyl.

Tap at Salon piva. Med-light diacetyl muddling and hiding the fresh hops character. Saaz is a shy hops and it can be distinguished, that the butter frightened it in this beer. Otherwise acceptable beer, but the key elements do not shine.
