Black Pudding (beuling/blodpølse), a collaboration between Vleesmeester Brewery (BE) and Ghost Brewing (DK). This Russian Imperial Stout is made with fresh vanilla and oak chips soaked in Four Roses Bourbon. No blood was shed making this beer.

Tap@Craft Tap Bar, Vesterbro - Pours black with a beige ringed head. Dark sweet and roasted malty with rich chocolate notes, sometimes singed brown sugar, some caramel, wooden notes, medium to full body, notes of bourbon and vanilla come together into the warming close.

Sampled at Billies 2018. Opaque black color, medium sized dark brown colored head. Aroma and flavor are malts, dark malts, lightly dusty, but more dominant cocoa powder / vanilla. Pleasantly bitter. Medium body and carbonation. Nice, well done. 8-5-8-4-16.

Thanks! Sampled draft @ Billie’s Beer Festival 2018. Day 1. Black. Nose is massively sweet, dark fruits, sugar, low umami. Taste is alcoholic, very BE in its profile, dark fruit, soy sauce, interesting, big booze, BE profile is quite interesting, low liquorice. Syrupy, BE dark fruits, tasty, vanilla is a bit too low tough.

Sampled@Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2018, Day 1. A black beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of liquorice, sweet dark malt, Chocolate. Taste of sweet chocolate, caramel, vanilla, nice.

Clear black beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, grains, nice roast, banana. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of ripe banana, caramel, sweet, malty, some yeast. Aftertaste: little bitter, hoppy, grains, lots of chocolate, decent!
