A collaboration beer brewed with Beavertown Brewery in London, that has become so popular we now brew it regularly. White IPA is a hybrid between Belgian Witbier and American IPA, utilizing coriander seed, orange peel, persian limes, and lots of citrusy American hops.

Bottle from Systembolaget Hansa. A bit hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of citrus, some coriander, hay, bread and something that reminded of lime. The finish was quite bitter. A descent one.

Big offwhite head. Clear yellow body with floaties and light carbonation. Soft spicy wooden eucalyptus aroma with chewing gum and lemongrass notes. Sweetish spicy wooden eucalyptus taste with herbal mealy lemongrass notes. Fullish body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish wooden spicy lemongrass aftertaste with pineapple notes. Soft and interesting, but a bit artificial. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Aker Brygge, Oslo.)

50cl bottle @home. Pours deep amber with a thick but quickly disappearing white head. Aroma is musty, loaded with orange peel, spices, like coriander but also white peppery notes. Some herbs. Quite complex. Full bodied. Flavor has tropical fruits, orange peel and spices. Musty flavor. This brew hit my sweet spot. So complex and fruity. A peachy and long finish. More please.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale amber, rich but brief head. Perfumy coriander aroma. Sweet with medium-full body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. White pepper, honey, bread crumbles under the intensity of perfumy coriander. Mid bitter finish.

Draught. Hazy deep orange liquid with medium white head. Aroma of white pepper, perfume, citrus, lemon, bread and grain. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with notes of perfume, lemon and citrus. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Decent but I don’t like the perfume notes.

Flaska från SB. En ganska söt parfymblommig DIPA. Gyllenfärgad med ett cm-tjockt lager ganska grynigt jästsediment på botten. Söta karameller och blommor i doften, med vete och belgisk jäst ibakgrunden. Söt lite parfymigt blommig smak söta pastiller en liten belgisk jästkryddig ton speciellt när bottenstasen följer med och en beskare avslutning. Tänker på Indslev starka söta veteöl när jag dricker det här. Ok.

500ml Bottle - Amber with a small head. Peach, pineapple and coriander in the aroma. Nicely balanced and refreshing taste with notes IF peach, grapefruit, pineapple and coriander. Like an alcoholic lilt with a bit of spice!
