Brewed with German Pilsner malt and 25% flaked rice, and hopped in the boil exclusively with Hallertau Blanc, this beer was fermented slow and cold with a traditional German lager yeast and layered for an extended period. During layering, we dry-hopped Refresh with more Hallertau Blanc as well as Huell Melon hops. The result is super bright and clean, with notes of lemongrass, honeydew melon, gooseberry and cucumber. It is insanely easy drinking, the perfect summer patio beer... if summer ever gets here.
