Pineapple and mandarin dominate the aroma, with some added pine needles in the mouth. Not a classic NEIPA, but very enjoyable. I judged the book by its cover and actually didn't expect very much (maybe it was that insipid gold colour). The body is very solid, and it has good length.

From a 375ml can on 20/11/2020 (my can only says 'Phaze Out', no reference to 'In'). Pours a clearish medium golden with a small head. Has quite a strong fruity/resin/herbal nose. In the mouth, there's some caramel and biscuit malt, a fair bit of citrus (orange, lemon and lime), with some tropical undertones. Finishes with a firmish pine/resin bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. This is a somewhat confusing beer as I can't identify any discernible NEIPA character to it. Way more WC IPA is every respect. Passable if seen in that context, but if you're looking for a NEIPA you may be quite disappointed.

Can. Hazy golden. Melon and pineapple nose. Not as juicy as most NEIPAs. The bitterness is more apparent also. Works well enough.

Draft. An amber beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, hops, and citrus fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, fruits, and hops, leading to a bitter finish.
