Tap @ Rootz. Black. Soft roast in the aroma. Roast and citrus in the malty sweetish flavor. Nice.

Tap at Rootz winterbier. Black with tan head. Sweet roasted chocolate malts, creamy chocolate and hint of blueberries. Moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium body, creamy fluffy carbonated feel.

Tap at Rootz festival. Black with big light brown head. Dry roasted malts, light ashy, grassy, soft fruity hops, light dry grains, bready, hazelnuts. Under medium sweet and bitter. Over light bodied.
