On tap at Alehouse Project. Pours very cloudy for the style, reflective of a wheat base I presume. Aroma is suitably rural with straw notes. Nice mouthfeel, although the hop profile is a little stronger than I expected. It certainly isn’t textbook, but could work as a ’gateway saison’ for those with a wheat preference.
