After traveling throught the Ecuador jungle on an archaeological dig searching for the elusive Hop Rex, we came across the local passion fruit, guava. Realizing that this fruit would be an excellent pairing with our passion, brewing, we decided to brew a beer with this amazing fruit. This beer is "Guavalicious" to the palate with over 90 lbs of guava fruit in each batch plus another 30 lbs after fermentation, and is only filtered 80%. This adds to the distinct guava texture and taste.
