Danggui and Ginseng in harmony with a porter. Bittered with Lingzhi instead of hops. A balanced bitter-sweet finish with lingering flavours from the herbs.
We continue experimenting with the use of TCM herbs in beer. This time we used a Porter as the base to bring out greater harmony with the herbs we selected.
